We are pleased to share that the first XUSD attestation report is now available. Issued by a certified public accountant in Singapore, through a process in accordance with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ISCA) standards, the reports outline all U.S Dollar denominated reserve assets backing the XUSD tokens. 

StraitsX is pleased to announce the deployment of the smart contract for XUSD on Ethereum. XUSD is to be built on the Ethereum protocol and issued as an ERC-20 token to address matters of interoperability, allowing XUSD to eventually grow at scale within one of the most widely adopted smart contract open-source platforms upon full public issuance.

The in-principle approval from MAS as a Major Payment Institution licence holder for digital payment token services allows StraitsX to issue stablecoins that are intended to be substantively compliant with MAS’ upcoming stablecoin regulatory framework.
