If you verify your account using SingPass MyInfo, it usually takes between 2 to 3 business days for us to complete your account verification.
How long does it take to process transfers?
Settlement times of StraitsX Personal Accounts is as follows:

5 to 10mins.
Bank Transfer In (Indonesia):
5 to 15 mins.
Bank Transfer Out (FAST):
Up to 90mins.
Bank Transfer Out (Indonesia):

XSGD/XIDR Transfer In:
Near-instant (30 confirmations)

Up to 1 business day (1 hour in most cases)
