StraitsX Swap is currently available to all verified Singapore and International StraitsX Personal and Business accounts.
Are there any transaction fees?
There are no fees for using StraitsX Swap.
How do I use StraitsX Swap?
Select the 'Swap' tab on your account dashboard, select the stablecoin currency you want to swap to or from and enter the amount your wish to swap. Click on 'Preview Swap' to verify your swap information and select 'Swap Now' to confirm the transaction.
What are the available currencies and trading pairs supported?
StraitsX Swap currently supports XSGD:XUSD, XSGD:USDC, XUSD:USDC, and USDC:USDT pairs. More stablecoin integrations and trading pairs are being explored at the moment.
How long does a StraitsX Swap order take to complete?
Every Swap transaction is processed immediately. Upon submission, the transaction will appear in your transaction history within seconds, and you will also receive an email notification about its status once it is completed.
Are there limits to how much I can swap?
The minimum and maximum sell amounts per transaction are as follows:
Minimum: 10 XSGD, 10 XUSD, 10 USDC, or 10 USDT
Maximum: 100,000 XSGD, 100,000 XUSD, 100,000 USDC, or 100,000 USDT
