Uniswap is a decentralized finance protocol on the Ethereum blockchain that is used to exchange cryptocurrencies.

XIDR users can connect their personal wallet to Uniswap to swap XIDR (ERC-20) for ETH, USDC, XSGD and many other assets.

Users can also become liquidity providers on Uniswap, where they can earn fees by providing liquidity into XIDR pools.

How to provide liquidity to XIDR pools on Uniswap

1. Go to https://app.uniswap.org/#/pool and connect your personal wallet by clicking “Connect a wallet”. 
2. Send some XIDR (ERC-20) from your StraitsX account into your personal wallet. Please refer to this article here on how to send it.

3. Once your wallet is connected, click on “new position”

4. Select XIDR pools you want to provide liquidity to. You can choose XIDR/USDC, XIDR/ETH, XIDR/XSGD, and many more.

5. Input the amount you want to add to the pool. You can specify the amount in XIDR and Uniswap will automatically calculate the other one at the pool's current rate.

6. If your screen shows “Insufficient ETH balance”, that means you don’t have enough ETH for gas fee. You need to have enough ETH in your Metamask wallet for gas fee in order to provide liquidity on selected XIDR pools.
